I'm Charles Martin, a real estate investor and agent from Virginia.

I first started my real estate career in 2015, after attaining a business management degree, and proceeding to renovate and resale a single family home. This first home flip began a stretch of ecommerce and entrepreneurial activities before COVID began.

Once COVID started I realized I needed to make a significant change to my future. I began renting out my home and realized how much I appreciated the simplicity of the real estate business. The same simplicity I bring to my clients with data driven analysis to give you peace of mind during a transaction.

After renting my home, I began scaling my efforts through a BRRRR real estate investment strategy. I quickly grew my real estate practice on a personal level and built the tools that I use to help my clients better understand the benefits of buying and selling real estate in Richmond, VA.

When I'm not selling real estate I am learning how to Save the Bay with the CBF, spending time with family, hiking with my dog or spending too much time playing soccer! One of my life goals is to create a sustainable homestead for my family and instill the same values into them that have been passed down to me by my loving family.
